Senior Architect Position Overview

Bennett & Game Recruitment LTD is proud to represent a well-established RIBA Chartered Practice based in Huddersfield, seeking a Senior Architect to join their team of talented individuals.

This consultancy delivers a variety of projects of values up to £30M, from small to large scale refurbishments, retrofits, redesigns, and conversions within the residential / high-rise residential sector. Their continued growth and increased workload mean they are looking for a Senior Architect to apply their expertise, skills, and professionalism to a number of exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating technical details and drawings using a mixture of Revit and AutoCAD
  • Leading a design team
  • Running projects
Senior Architect Position Requirements
  • Residential/Housing experience
  • Experience of high-rise/refurbishments would be desirable
  • Experience with Design & Build Contracts
  • Knowledge and experience in AutoCAD
  • Knowledge and experience in Revit desirable but not essential
  • Proven experience in a Design Office
  • Experience in Building and Planning regulations/procedures
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and written articulation skills
  • A team leader with the determination to drive projects forward
  • Personal presence and well-developed leadership skills to support and assist more junior members of the team
