About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spa/Beauty Therapist to join our team at Bannatyne Spas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing a range of holistic and maintenance treatments using premier brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and other treatments to the highest standards.
  • Ensuring the proper use of spa equipment and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Providing exceptional client care and motivating clients to rebook and recommend our services.
  • Up-selling spa products based on thorough consultations and product knowledge.
  • Adhering to all company health and safety guidelines and protocols.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy is essential; Level 2 is also required.
  • High levels of client care, excellent communication, and a positive attitude.
  • Smart and professional appearance.
  • Knowledge of Elemis products and treatments is a bonus but not essential.
