About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team at Ashford International Hotel & Spa. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for creating a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our guests, delivering a range of treatments and providing expert advice on our retail products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality spa treatments to guests, including massages, facials, and body treatments
  • Provide expert advice on our retail products and make recommendations to guests
  • Upsell and cross-sell spa treatments and products to guests
  • Attend regular training sessions with our Elemis Ambassadors to stay up-to-date with the latest treatments and products
  • Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure excellent customer service and a high level of guest satisfaction
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty/spa qualification
  • Previous experience as a Spa Therapist is desirable, but not essential
  • Knowledge and experience of Elemis and Jessica Nails products is a bonus
