About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to support our business operations at Eco Careers LTD. This role will focus on developing and managing our reporting functionality, utilizing tools such as Power BI. You will also be responsible for handling various data feeds and general business intelligence tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Power BI dashboards to optimize business performance.
  • Oversee and manage data feeds into our business intelligence tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with our IT team to understand the data analysis needs of the wider business.
  • Guide IT team members in using business intelligence tools and understanding data reports.
  • Regularly review and optimize data processes and reporting methodologies.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, report creation, and a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, report building, and DAX is essential, as well as a strong understanding of data management and data feed integration (SQL Server & SSIS). You will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into understandable reports and insights.

Work Arrangements

This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to our offices to meet with the team. During the induction period, office attendance will be required, but we are flexible regarding which office location this will be.
