We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Radiology Department as a Radiology Department Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the CT and MRI service within the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with all aspects of CT and MRI imaging, including preparing patients for examinations and helping to position patients for examinations.
- Support all staff participating in the delivery of a safe and compassionate healthcare service.
- Contribute to the provision of a high standard of care for patients and carry out some duties unaided, in accordance with Trust/Directorate policies.
- Previous experience of working within the healthcare sector.
- Good communication skills and ability to demonstrate a basic knowledge of clinical terminology.
- Effective role model, demonstrating NNUH's PRIDE values of People focussed, Respect, Integrity, Dedication and Excellence.
