Job Summary:

The Ventrus Multi Academy Trust is seeking a skilled and dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide support to our teaching staff and students. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success and well-being of our pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Teaching and Learning: Assist teachers in the delivery of lessons, providing individualized support to students as needed.
  • Classroom Management: Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting good behavior and attendance.
  • Student Support: Provide additional support to students with special educational needs, ensuring they have access to the resources and accommodations they require.
  • Communication: Develop strong relationships with teachers, students, and parents, maintaining open and effective communication channels.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Education and Qualifications: Relevant qualifications and experience in education or a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, patience, and a calm demeanor.

Working Arrangements:
