Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Private Client Support Services Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well under pressure to resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer queries, complaints, and requests via phone or email, providing accurate and timely solutions.
  • Assist clients with portfolio inquiries and resolve any issues they may experience, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Keep clients informed about their portfolio status and updates, maintaining open and transparent communication.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with clients by following up with them to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Analyse customer feedback and provide recommendations to management on areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of client data, including useful comments and feedback.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a client support role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Exceptional telephone communication skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • European languages an advantage, but not essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of customer relationship management best practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with a high level of energy and motivation.

Salary: 25K to 28K based on experience.
