Job Summary:
FPR Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our National Response Team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical expertise to our customers across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers through on-site visits and troubleshooting.
- Commission, repair, and service electrical equipment and systems.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the technical team to resolve complex technical issues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of technical procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum HNC or equivalent qualification in electromechanical or electrical engineering.
- Proven experience in a field service role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
- Excellent technical electrical and electronics skills, with knowledge of PLC programming and PC hardware.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work methodically and efficiently.
- Full current UK driving license.
- Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends, as required.

- Competitive salary of £40,000 - £45,000 per annum.
