Electrical Field Service Specialist

Are you an experienced Field Service Engineer with a strong electrical bias and a proven track record of working with 18th edition regulations?
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our National Response Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality field-based technical expertise to our customers across the UK.
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be working Monday to Friday, with a basic salary of £35,000 per annum and a realistic salary of £45,000+ plus additional benefits, including 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, pension contribution, and more.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing technical electrical and electronics support to customers in the field.
- Commissioning, repairing, and servicing equipment to the highest standards.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure excellent customer service.
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry developments and technologies.
- Good technical electrical and electronics skills, with a minimum HNC or similar qualification in electromechanical or electrical engineering.
- Experience in a field service role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles.
- PLC programming and knowledge of PC hardware are advantageous.
- A full current UK driving licence is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work flexibly, including overtime and weekends as required.
