About the Role:

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a growing small project and cost management consultancy who are a team of 15 Quantity Surveyors and Project managers and completers of various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate project costs, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports, including cost analyses and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in a project and cost management consultancy.
  • Strong understanding of construction law, contracts, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and project management software.
