About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Commercial team. As a Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of regulatory work and media and technology contracts, handling high-value, strategically important, and often international projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on digital regulation and media regulation, focusing on legislation such as the Online Safety Act, the Digital Services Act, and AVMSD.
  • Draft and negotiate media and consumer contracts, including marketing agreements, B2C terms and conditions, and content licences.
  • Provide regulatory advice, including CAP Code compliance, ASA investigations, and GDPR and PECR considerations.
  • Collaborate with the Advertising, Media and Consumer team on high-value, strategically important projects.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 4-6 years PQE with experience in digital regulation, media regulation, and consumer law.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Online Safety Act, the Digital Services Act, AVMSD, the Consumer Rights Act, and the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
  • Familiarity with advertising regulation, CAP Code compliance, and ASA investigations.
