Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and implementing change initiatives across our Trusts, Primary Care, and Innovate stakeholders.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring the successful delivery of our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) programme, which requires a strong change management capability. You will work closely with our Digital Change and Transformation Manager to develop and implement change plans, manage stakeholder engagement, and monitor progress against success criteria.

Key Duties
  • Develop and implement change plans, including business readiness assessments, change sustainability plans, and benefits realisation plans.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and communications, including setting up advocacy and mobilising change agents or champions as required.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and communication initiatives, identifying and addressing any resistance to change.
  • Ensure patient care is considered within change management plans and that the patient perspective is a key driver in continuous improvement.
  • Report on delivery of Change Workstreams, project change activities, and BAU initiatives as required.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of delivering major change programmes effectively.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, concepts, methodologies, and tools.
  • Good understanding and demonstrable knowledge of benefit management and change role within it.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with a high awareness of project and programme context and discipline.
  • Fully competent at planning, risk management, and dependency-management.
