As a Business Park Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our landmark site in Reading and Wokingham area.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing mixed-use / multi-asset properties and estates, with a strong focus on customer service, compliance, marketing, budgets, and commercials.
You will be responsible for delivering a world-class service to our site occupiers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
We offer a competitive salary up to £75,000, depending on your skills and experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including generous holiday entitlement, pension, life assurance cover, healthcare, and dental.
