Key Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing a portfolio of residential property transactions from start to finish, including sales, purchases, remortgages, equity transfers, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions.
  • Ensuring cases are processed efficiently and economically.
  • Communicating directly with clients, real estate agents, and financial institutions.
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients and potential business sources.
  • Achieving fee income in accordance with established targets.
  • Managing personal workload, productivity, and quality of work with minimal oversight.

Candidate Requirements:

To excel in this position, candidates should possess the following skills and experience:

  • A relevant qualification (e.g., solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or substantial experience in managing a personal caseload.
  • Recent hands-on experience in the legal sector.
  • A proven history in managing Conveyancing client cases and generating fees.
  • Strong organizational skills and a process-oriented mindset.
  • Commercial awareness, recognizing the significance of business objectives and their influence on the practice.
  • A dedication to delivering high-quality client service.
  • Proficiency in IT, with experience in using a web-based case management system.
  • Recent experience in addressing client inquiries both in person and over the phone.
