Candidate Profile:

To excel in this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications, skills, and experience:

  • A relevant qualification (e.g., solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or experience in managing an independent caseload.
  • Recent hands-on experience within the legal sector.
  • A proven history in managing conveyancing client cases and generating fees.
  • Strong organizational skills and a process-oriented mindset.
  • Commercial awareness, recognizing the significance of business objectives and their influence on the practice.
  • A dedication to delivering exceptional client service.
  • Proficiency in IT, with experience in utilizing a web-based case management system.
  • Recent experience in addressing client inquiries both in person and via telephone.
