As a Field Compaction Technician working within our exchanges, you will play a critical role in delivering planned compaction activity, physically migrating customer services between equipment to facilitate the final depowering activity carried out by our Field Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver planned compaction activity to migrate customer services between equipment
  • Work collaboratively with Field Engineering teams to ensure seamless depowering activity
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of BT's network infrastructure and migration processes

Requirements

  • A full manual UK driving license
  • No driving disqualifications or more than six points on your driving record
