Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage all elements of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Oversee the recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers to identify talent and create a positive candidate experience.
