Salary – Up to £28,000 based on experience
Full-time – 45 hours per week with fixed schedules planned 4 weeks ahead
George's Tradition is in a phase of growth and is seeking dedicated managers to enhance our operations. We are on the lookout for Assistant Managers who possess the ambition and determination to advance swiftly within our organization. Our management team is valued as individuals, and we encourage them to share their insights and make impactful decisions in the daily operations of their locations.
Role Overview
We are in search of Assistant Managers to oversee our takeaway services. Your daily responsibilities will include site management, inventory ordering, demand forecasting, quality assurance, and team development to ensure outstanding service delivery. Successful candidates will benefit from a tailored training program, designed to support your rapid progression towards your career objectives.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in a hospitality or catering setting, with some supervisory or management exposure.
