Curator: Digitisation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Curator: Digitisation to join our team at the British Museum. As a key member of our curatorial team, you will be responsible for the digitisation of our collections, ensuring that they are accurately and professionally represented online.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement digitisation strategies to ensure the accurate and efficient digitisation of our collections.
- Work closely with curators, conservators, and other stakeholders to ensure that digitisation projects are aligned with the Museum's overall strategy.
- Collaborate with the digital team to ensure that digitised collections are presented in a user-friendly and engaging way.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of digitisation projects.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to digitisation and digital collections.
