About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team at Aviva. As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in driving the development and implementation of new and innovative technologies, processes, or solutions within our allocated area(s) of responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and deliver systems that help grow our business
  • Explore new technologies and tools to help and advance our technology development and optimize design
  • Contribute to the design, build, and delivery of systems that help grow our business
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive value
Requirements
  • Experience and proficiency in Salesforce platform, including knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Platform, and other relevant products
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce-specific technologies for development and solution building
  • Understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions that drive value
  • Knowledge of DevOps best practices; Working knowledge of Azure ADO is a plus experience with Agile Development methodologies like Scrum
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions

  • Salary: Circa £50,000 - £60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
  • Bonus opportunity: 10% of annual salary (Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's)
