Job Description

**Marketing Coordinator Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at BMS Performance. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Senior Marketing Manager in coordinating marketing collateral.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns to ensure consistency and relevance across all channels.
  • Work closely with our PR and Graphic Design agencies to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Manage external and internal teams to ensure compliance and consistency of marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with our Digital team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate and approve marketing campaigns to ensure brand standards are met.
  • Measure and analyze ROI to inform future marketing decisions.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing with a focus on campaign coordination and management.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
  • Ability to work effectively with external and internal teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and analyze ROI.

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary of £35,000-£40,000 (dependent on experience).
  • A hybrid working arrangement with 1-2 days per month in the office.
  • 25 days of annual leave.
  • A 6-month contract with opportunities for extension.
