Job Title: Commercial Development Engineering Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Development Engineering Lead to join our team at ACS Performance. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team of engineers and conducting commercial enquiry development activities on NWE assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Commercial Enquiry Development Engineers.
  • Oversee the receipt and analysis of customer enquiries, ensuring all technical and commercial requirements are met.
  • Develop and approve accurate and competitive pricing strategies based on customer specifications and market conditions.
  • Provide high-level technical support to customers throughout the enquiry and bidding process.
  • Ensure accurate records of customer enquiries, pricing decisions, and FEED study outcomes are maintained.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related field).
  • Proven experience in pricing and cost estimation is essential along with proficiency in engineering design software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team and strong organisational skills are also essential.
  • Financial acumen & budget setting a Full Driving Licence and Good command of written English with experience in report writing.
