Sales Development Manager Opportunity

Contract Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Manager to drive revenue growth for our award-winning client, a Norwich-based digital media company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Deliver high-quality proposals and negotiate agreements to drive revenue growth
  • Manage a pipeline of projects from initial contact to successful delivery
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements:

  • Commercially-minded and driven individual with a passion for sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Full training and coaching will be provided to ensure success in the role

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £27k with uncapped commission
  • Average OTE ranging between £50 - £60k+
