Job Title: Application Development Lead - AVP

This role is responsible for leading the development and delivery of software solutions to support the business needs of State Street. The successful candidate will have a strong background in software development and delivery, with experience in cloud migrations and technical obsolescence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage software development and delivery teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software solutions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand their technology requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Lead the development and implementation of cloud-based solutions to support business growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and delivery, with a strong background in cloud migrations and technical obsolescence.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and cloud-based technologies such as AWS and Azure.
