Job Title: Senior Legal Advisor

Location: Flexible working arrangements available

Salary: Competitive salary range £70,000 - £80,000

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Advisor to play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining governance in international partnerships with customers and industry partners. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with all legal requirements, including health and safety, procurement law, product safety, compliance, export control, and ethical business conduct.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the drafting, negotiation, and completion of contractual arrangements with customers and partners, contributing significantly to the growth and development of the business.
  • Engage early in dispute resolution processes, strategizing and implementing effective solutions to swiftly address challenges and uphold the business's reputation for excellence and integrity.
  • Provide expert legal advice and solutions across multiple jurisdictions, partnering with international global customers and industry collaborators, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Stay abreast of legal and business developments, providing valuable insights and training to support ongoing success.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • UK qualified solicitors or barristers with appropriate leading law firm and/or in-house experience.
  • Experience of operating within a commercial environment.
  • Sound knowledge of, and experience of dealing with, relevant areas of the law.
  • Must have a current practising certificate.
