About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Project Worker at our Homelessness Service. As a Project Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support to customers, empowering them to maximize their potential and independence.
  • Assess customer needs and develop personalized support plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Act as a first point of contact for customer queries, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring their personal choice, privacy, and dignity are respected.
  • Liaise with external support services to enhance customer confidence, health, and well-being.
  • Manage emergency situations with professionalism and poise.
  • Maintain accurate and high-quality written records.

Requirements

  • Experience working with vulnerable adults, people with mental health needs, or substance misuse.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability to changing demands.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel or similar.
  • NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards.
