Job Title: Head of Brand and Creative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Head of Brand and Creative. This is a unique opportunity to lead our creative efforts and drive business growth through innovative and effective brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Pitching and promoting our catalogues and composers for placement in advertising and games.
  2. Building, developing and maintaining relationships with advertising agencies, brands, music supervisors, games production companies, editors, directors etc.
  3. Creating new commercial opportunities for the catalogue and composers with brands and advertising agencies.
  4. Maintaining and developing relationships with key composers.
  5. Organising and attending showcases, gigs and industry events, often with clients.
  6. Coming up with new and innovative ideas to create new recordings of songs from the catalogue in co-ordination with our studio.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience of working in synch in the music business and strong relationships across the synch, advertising and games communities.
  2. Excellent track record of pitching and closing synch deals in advertising and games.
  3. Experience of dealing with writers, artists and their management on a creative and business level.
  4. A good understanding of music copyright and publishing with relevance to synch.
  5. An understanding of music to picture.
