About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hygiene Manager to join our team at Bakkavor. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective food safety and hygiene policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks
  • Provide training and support to employees on food safety and hygiene best practices
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 to £65,000, a car allowance of £8,400, and an excellent rewards package including 25 days holiday, 20% short-term bonus, private medical insurance for yourself and family, and life insurance.
