Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Team Leader / Lead Maintenance Electrician to join our busy and successful maintenance team at PRS. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks across our estates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance activities across the site
  • Carry out and oversee planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless maintenance operations
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance strategies and plans

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Team Leader / Lead Maintenance Electrician in a similar industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and building services
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
