We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our client's team in the Chester/Deeside area. The successful candidate will work on a Monday to Friday schedule, with a competitive salary ranging from £[removed] per annum.

The role involves working in a workshop environment, with occasional site visits for installations and service work. The ideal candidate will have electrical qualifications and experience in maintenance within the manufacturing sector.

The Maintenance Electrician will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out repair and refurbishment work on processing equipment
  • Fault-finding and troubleshooting electrical issues
  • Working on electrical control panels and dealing with customers on repair and safety issues
  • Following engineering drawings and working on own initiative to prioritize work and meet deadlines
  • Accurately completing documentation and liaising with suppliers on technical issues

The successful candidate will have:

  • Fully conversant with electrical/mechanical engineering procedures and disciplines
  • Experience of 3-Phase Electric Motors and electrical panels
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A flexible approach and full clean UK driving license
