This position is dynamic and requires you to be part of a dedicated team known for their strong work ethic and excellent communication abilities, all while fostering personal and professional growth within the organization.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Defined Benefit (DB) pensions administration.
- Progress towards a PMI qualification or equivalent, or a willingness to pursue one.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Proficient in pension calculations and understanding scheme regulations.
- Good knowledge of relevant legislative matters.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently, adhering to the responsibilities of the role.
- Capability to meet client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), contribute to best practices, and support the development of junior team members.
- Experience in managing pension payrolls is advantageous but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities

- Deliver practical solutions to challenges.
- Prepare informative and useful documentation.
- Engage with pension scheme members, clients, and external parties.
- Assist scheme members throughout their pension journey.
- Provide support to the payroll team (training will be offered).
