The organization, PRS, excels in providing comprehensive Building Services Maintenance, including Reactive, Planned Preventative, and Small Works across various domains such as HVAC, Gas Safety, Fire and Security, Passive Fire, and Electrical Compliance for both residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Championing superior Health and Safety practices throughout all project phases.
  • Upholding the company's commitment to transparency and integrity in all dealings.
  • Ensuring project delivery is executed safely, punctually, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while exceeding client expectations.
  • Implementing and adhering to the company's SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality) standards, ensuring compliance among all employees and subcontractors.
  • Collaborating with the Sales team to enhance tender submissions and secure new business opportunities.
  • Managing relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to facilitate project success.
  • Overseeing the development of a sustainable supply chain to support project delivery.
  • Leading the commercial team to ensure accurate financial reporting and project profitability.
  • Implementing a robust Quality Management System in line with ISO standards.
  • Managing all aspects of project planning, procurement, and operational execution.
  • Monitoring and mitigating risks associated with each project, maintaining an updated risk register.
  • Ensuring the recruitment of qualified personnel in accordance with company policies.
  • Motivating and developing staff to achieve optimal performance levels.
  • Presenting comprehensive cost reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of maintenance and reactive work streams.
  • Strong financial acumen related to project delivery and costing.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff.
  • Proficiency in IT, including spreadsheet and CAFM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to interpret tender documents and specifications effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.

This role is pivotal in driving the growth and efficiency of PRS's Reactive Maintenance division, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and client satisfaction.
