Kinaxia Logistics is seeking a dedicated Logistics Systems Coordinator to enhance our operations. This role involves managing supplier pickups and final delivery processes while supporting the daily logistics strategy and ensuring adherence to customer-defined performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry tasks accurately on the relevant systems, identifying and rectifying discrepancies while preparing all necessary documentation related to the transportation of goods to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain effective communication with both external and internal stakeholders to facilitate the smooth flow of information.
- Respond to and direct inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information to uphold excellent customer service standards.
- Execute general administrative tasks efficiently to deliver a top-tier service.
- Ensure the integrity of the system by accurately inputting data, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining 100% accuracy.

- Collaborate as part of a team and engage in cross-training initiatives to provide coverage during colleagues' absences.
- Adhere to high standards of workplace cleanliness and safety, complying with all health and safety regulations to maintain a tidy and secure working environment.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Fundamental understanding of administrative principles.
- Familiarity with the logistics industry and associated systems is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience in general administrative functions, ideally within the logistics sector.
- Ability to support a department with various administrative tasks.
Please note that a DBS certificate application will be necessary upon a job offer.
