Job Title: Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at New Reflexions. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and personal development of our students.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized support to students, helping them to achieve their academic and personal goals. This will involve working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students, helping them to achieve their academic and personal goals
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans
  • Support students with their learning, including reading, writing, and numeracy skills
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of lessons, including setting up equipment and materials
  • Help to maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
