Senior Care Assistant on Nights

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team on night shifts at Lime Trees Care Home in Shrewsbury. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to residents, including personal care, medication management, and mobility assistance.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support residents with their nutritional needs, including meal preparation and serving.
- Contribute to a safe and comfortable environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements:
- NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care is essential for this role.
- At least 12 months experience of being a Deputy Manager / Team Leader in a Residential Care Home Setting is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexible and willing to work night shifts.
