Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and reliability of our facilities.
- Work closely with our team to deliver exceptional results and contribute to the continued success of our contract.
- Carry out tasks within typical building environments and at a high level, working from platforms and ladders.
- Keep and maintain all company-issued tools in a safe and serviceable manner.
- Proactively work towards the continued success and support of the contract with a positive approach.
- Comply with Integral's Health, Safety and Environmental procedures.
- Complete any other associated tasks requested by management.
Requirements:
- Experience within a similar position within a maintenance environment.
- Relevant qualifications, e.g., time served apprenticeship, C&G/NVQ or equivalent.
- Knowledge of toolbox talks, Permit to Work procedures, and safe systems of working.
- Capability to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights.
- Good verbal and written communication and ability to use computers.
- Good Health and Safety awareness and knowledge.
- Ability to act as an interface with clients, visitors, and guests.
- Excellent customer service skills and communication.
- Enthusiasm and proactive approach to achieving the highest standard of operation.
- Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision.
- High level of initiative, with drive to continuously improve the operation.
- Integrity, honesty, and punctuality expected.
- Collaborative Team Player, who works effectively to achieve common goals.
