About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spanish speaking Account Team Leader to join our team at Focus Resourcing. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives to deliver exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of Account Executives to handle customer enquiries and provide world-class service.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure the delivery of a high-quality service to customers, acting as a senior point of escalation when needed.
  • Training and Development: Train and coach team members to a high standard of competence and performance.
  • Performance Management: Maintain regular 121's with team members, ensure development plans are in place, and support the team to meet departmental KPIs.
  • Customer Support: Be available to deal with all customer queries and complaints.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a team leading role, either in customer service or account management.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
  • Commercial Awareness: Commercially aware and able to understand the needs of customers.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Ability to mentor and coach team members to a high standard.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to an audience.
  • Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of MS Office and experience of Oracle would be advantageous.
