If you are adaptable, resilient, and eager to contribute to initiatives that advance Aviva's objectives, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We are committed to continuous improvement and enhancing the experience and security for our clients. Our collaborative approach unites all our technology change agents to achieve impactful results.

Your role will involve participating in, leading, and contributing to relevant business, scrum, and project meetings. Additionally, you will mentor other business analysts to help shape our change strategy by supporting projects throughout the development and testing lifecycle, including implementation.

Focusing on customer needs is crucial, so being prepared to challenge decisions that may not serve their best interests is essential. You will need to understand other change initiatives, identify dependencies, and assess whether business benefits can be achieved through synergies.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Proven ability to lead, negotiate, and influence change
  • Experience with medium to large-scale projects
  • In-depth knowledge and practical experience with business analysis tools and techniques
What We Offer:

  • Salary: National approximately £65,000, London approximately £80,000 (dependent on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
  • Bonus potential - 10% of annual salary, contingent on performance and Aviva's results.

  • Opportunity to receive up to £1,200 in free Aviva shares annually through our Matching Share Plan and participate in our Save As You Earn scheme.
