Job Title: Field Service Engineer

At Torchlight Recruitment Solutions Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our client's team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing the petroleum and fuelling industries, working on fuel pumps and fuel management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diary/route planning and working independently to carry out daily workload.
  • Carrying out engineering works on fuel pumps and fuel management systems as required by service contracts or fault notifications.
  • Ordering and returning spares and servicing equipment to head office as appropriate.
  • Maintaining work equipment and vehicle in accordance with company policy.
Requirements:
  • Multi-skilled maintenance experience.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.

The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with excellent customer service skills, able to work independently and manage their own workload. The role involves regular travel to customer sites, conducting preventative maintenance inspections, and performing maintenance tasks on fuel pumps and tank gauges.
