Our Supported Living division is dedicated to providing assistance and care for adults facing learning disabilities, physical challenges, and intricate needs, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives on their own terms.

As a Support Worker, you will be instrumental in guiding our clients towards achieving their personal aspirations and objectives.

Your responsibilities will encompass daily living support, which includes aiding with personal hygiene (toileting, bathing, dressing), managing medication, offering nutritional guidance, and assisting with meal planning and preparation. Additionally, you will facilitate our clients in engaging in activities they enjoy, such as visits to local attractions or social outings. You will also focus on skill enhancement to promote greater independence. What could be more fulfilling?

Requirements to work as a Support Worker with The Guinness Partnership:

  • Prior experience is crucial for our bank roles.
  • Comfort in assisting clients with personal care tasks is essential.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings and late evenings, is necessary. Our support teams alternate weekends (both days).
  • A valid driving license is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Above all, you must possess a genuine passion for caring for others and making a significant impact on their quality of life.
