Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team in Europe. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing ecosystem partner relationships and market development across key regions in Europe. You will be responsible for revenue and margin growth for the portfolio of allocated ecosystem partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to different phases of the Sales lifecycle, including Partner and Client Relationship Management and Business Development (both Farming and Hunting)
- Build sales plans, pursue strategies, and business pipelines jointly with Client Partnership teams
- Convert pipelines with leadership to ensure target achievement
- Manage relationships with key client and partner personnel and leadership
- Sell concepts and influence partners and clients to award business based on capability and track record
- Conduct research and partner analysis to define strategies for favorable outcomes
- Expert knowledge of MSA/Other contract process & standards and understand nuances of MSAs and interdependencies to other business aspects
- Conduct client and ecosystem partner presentations, workshops, and drive all sales cycle stage discussions
- Provide necessary input for building new alliances with relevant product/service ecosystem partners
- Work on creating joint account plans alongside sales and client partnership teams
- Build relationship maps for key executives in accounts and ecosystem partner organizations
- Drive joint Go To Market initiatives with clients and support them in navigating Infosys internal structure, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
- Track-record of successful hunting (50%) and farming sales (50%) in Communications/Telecom industry
- Strong Business Development experience on the field, including cold calling, relationship building, order closures, legal, and commercial negotiations
- Track record of interacting and building relationships with C/C-1 level clients/ecosystem partners
- Reasonable understanding of Global Delivery Model and IT service industry
- Experience managing large multi-location engagement teams and driving multi-functional proceedings
- Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Communications/Telecom experience is preferred
- European local language skills will be an advantage but not a must-have
