Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a Junior QA or experience working in a software development environment.
  • Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, make informed decisions, and solve problems effectively.
  • Test Planning: Capable of creating, articulating, and peer-reviewing test plans.
  • QA Best Practices: Familiarity with QA best practices is a plus.
  • Microsoft ADO: Experience with Microsoft ADO, especially Test Plans, is desirable.
Desirable Skills and Knowledge
  • Collaboration: Self-motivated and able to proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance on using product functionality to meet customer needs.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rapidly evolving opportunities.
  • Software Development Life Cycle: Basic understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality software.
