Are you an experienced CNC Machining Specialist with expertise in turning operations? We are looking for a dedicated professional to become a vital part of our team at Gap Personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC turning equipment, ensuring peak performance and compliance with technical specifications.
  • Analyze engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders to establish machine setup requirements.
  • Load raw materials into CNC machines and oversee the production process to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct quality inspections to verify adherence to specifications and implement adjustments as necessary.
  • Demonstrate prior experience in CNC turning operations.
  • Possess a strong understanding of CNC turning machinery, tools, and related equipment.
  • Exhibit familiarity with programming and operating CNC machines utilizing G-code.
  • Maintain a keen attention to detail, ensuring precision and quality in all tasks performed.
