Position Overview:
We are in search of individuals who are adaptable, dependable, and capable of assessing situations to assist our young people in making constructive decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Address the needs of children and young individuals in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Organize and facilitate various social activities, including community engagement and recreational outings.
- Assist in the daily operations of the residence, including tasks such as laundry, housekeeping, shopping, meal preparation, and enjoyable activities like baking.
- Collaborate closely with our clinical team and local authorities.

Qualifications:
- While experience in childcare or health and social care is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite as comprehensive training and support will be provided.
- A full UK driving license is preferred due to the nature of the role.
