Senior Community Transport Supervisor

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Senior Community Transport Supervisor to lead and manage a team of Community Care Drivers as we expand our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of vehicle assignments and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to coordinate driver schedules, ensuring compliance with driving regulations and rest periods.
- Conduct regular assessments of driving licenses and CPC certifications.
- Act as the primary contact for driving personnel, addressing any operational challenges that may arise.
- Assist in recruitment processes alongside the Operations Manager.
- Ensure adherence to statutory obligations as outlined in the Operator's Licence.
- Perform routine inspections of the premises and report findings to management.
What We Are Looking For:
- Preferred qualifications include a PHV/PCV Licence (Cat D/D1 or B Licence).
- CPC certification is a plus.
- A minimum of two years of driving experience is preferred.
- Experience in a supervisory or management role within the last three years is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
