Job Title: Classroom Supervisor

Protocol Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Classroom Supervisor to join our team of educators. As a Classroom Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of students in a secondary school setting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support students during teacher absence, ensuring they work on set tasks and maintain a constructive learning environment.
  • Provide guidance and advice to students of all ages and abilities, helping them to achieve their full potential.
  • Maintain behaviour and discipline in line with school policies, working closely with senior staff to ensure a positive and safe learning environment.
  • Report back to teachers or line managers, providing updates on student progress and any issues that may arise.
  • Carry out administrative tasks and support subject departments as required.
Requirements:
  • A passion for working with young people and supporting their educational journey.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different subjects and year groups.
  • Resilience and the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.
