Key Responsibilities- Provide demonstrable assurance that the quality of clinical services, including patient safety, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes, meet the required high standards.
- Investigate serious incidents, complaints, and staffing issues, and ensure compliance with mandatory reporting.
- Work closely with Professional Heads and the General Manager to ensure effective care pathways and strategic plans are delivered.
- Manage resources and expenditure within their remit using approved financial management practices.
