About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Planner to join our team at A&P Group. As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our full turn-key equipment project, including fabrication, outfitting, coating, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complexity and ensure smooth workflows by creating detailed project timelines and schedules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify critical paths and bottlenecks, and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.
  • Assign resources effectively to avoid under- or over-utilization, and track inventory to ensure parts and materials are available when needed.
  • Prepare cost estimates and ensure the project stays within budget by adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Provide progress reports to management and stakeholders on a regular basis.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of fabrication, structural, and production processes, with qualifications in Engineering, Production Management, Construction, or similar.
  • Experience with project planning and organizational skills, and working knowledge of relevant planning software and tools, such as Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders internally and externally, and communicate effectively with the team.
