Management Accountant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Management Accountant to join our team at Morgan Jones Limited.
About the Role:
- Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of various balance sheet items, including the posting of journals.
- Support local Managers with inventory management and ensure timely and accurate production of key management account information.
- Be a key support in the interim and year-end audit with external auditors.
- Proactively manage workload to ensure all deadlines are met within the month-end timetable.
- Support fellow team members in the day-to-day running of the Finance department.
- Ad-hoc reporting, analysis, and project work.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year's experience in a similar role.
- Experience of ERP Systems.
- Experience within a manufacturing environment.
- AAT or CIMA/ACCA studies.
- Ability to build good relationships with colleagues, communicating at all levels of the business.
- Analytical thinking skills.
- Problem-solving.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Flexible and adaptable while also being proactive.
