Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team at Sodexo. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Deep clean areas as instructed by supervisors, ensuring a high level of cleanliness and presentation
  • Restock supplies, including toilet paper and hand soap, to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Collaborate with the security team to report any maintenance issues or hazards
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with knowledge of cleaning solutions and their uses is desirable
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and adapt to changing situations
